There are two forms of block quotes. The line form uses a single >
, like plain-text email. This form can be nested. The block form opens and closes with <<<
on a separate line.
> This is a quote.
>> This is a quote within the quote.

The quote ends when we start a new line that doesn't begin with `>`.

This is a quote. The quote
will continue until we close it.
